
Hello hello happy Tuesday! I made these vegan dark chocolate peanut butter cups and added a lil pumpkin action cause it’s fall and I never claimed not to be basic 🤔👅✨ A lil messy and one exploded a bit, but they’re delish I promise 🙊
Recipe:
-1 ¼ cup PB2 -1 cup water -1 pack of graham crackers (blended into flour) -½ cup coconut sugar -half a pack of dairy choco chips -pumpkin pie spice to taste -half a bar of dark chocolate
Mix graham crackers, peanut butter, pumpkin pie spice and coconut sugar in a bowl. Melt the chocolate chips/chocolate bar on the stove. Use a muffin tin and put liners in each one. (I didn’t have any but they’re extremely helpful) Put the chocolate on the bottom, then the PB2 mixture, then another layer of chocolate. Chill in refrigerator or freezer until hardened. 🌞 share with friends!!! They’ll love you! Or eat them all by yourself!!! I won’t tell 😼IG: @thelittleflowerpetal
